Supreme Court won’t stop Biden administration from deployment decisions involving unvaccinated Navy SEALs
The Supreme Court on Friday allowed the Biden administration to take into account whether military personnel are vaccinated against the coronavirus when making deployment decisions. Lower courts had stopped the administration from making such decisions. The challengers are 35 Navy service members assigned to the Naval Special Warfare Command, including 26 elite Navy SEALs.
