Germany detains Tunisian suspected of planning 'biological' attack
BERLIN (Reuters) – German prosecutors have obtained an arrest warrant from a judge for a Tunisian man suspected of planning an Islamist-motivated attack and the manufacturing of a “biological weapon” using ricin.
