Fayetteville police ID man killed in shooting off Reilly Road
The Fayetteville Police Department has identified the victim of a fatal shooting in a parking lot Thursday evening.Officers responded to reports of shots fired on the 700 block of S. Reilly Road at approximately 5 p.m, according to a news release.While officers were on scene investigating, the victim, Raymond Lamont Napper II, 21, of the 2000 block of Foster Gwin Lane, arrived at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center, the release said.
