Observer earns press, advertising awards
The Fayetteville Observer earned a top honor Thursday from the North Carolina Press Association for its battle to unseal secret records in a lawsuit involving Fayetteville businessman Mike Lallier.In all, the newspaper received five awards in the editorial competition among newspapers across the state.The Observer’s advertising staff also was recognized Thursday.
