UPDATE: Alleged baby abductor arrested in High Point
WILMINGTON — A woman who law enforcement believe tried to abduct a child from neonatal units across the Carolinas, including at New Hanover Regional Medical Center, was arrested last week in High Point, a police spokesman said.
