U.S. blacklists Guatemalan ex-infrastructure minister for alleged corruption

The United States on Tuesday blacklisted the former Guatemalan infrastructure minister for his alleged involvement in “significant corruption,” U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo said in a statement.
