Illegal migration at southern border remains a "crisis" despite slowdown, U.S. says
Arrests at or near the U.S. border with Mexico fell to their lowest monthly total of the year in September but the fiscal year total was up 88 percent, indicating illegal immigration remained a crisis, U.S. officials said on Tuesday.
