Spring Lake suspect accused of contractor fraud; billed woman out of more than $34,000
A Spring Lake man is accused of defrauding a Fayetteville woman out of more than $34,000 after promising to do work and not completing it.Steve Bullock, 54, of the 100 block of Maranatha Circle, was charged Thursday with obtaining property by false pretense.
