Masked man tries to taser Russian election chief before regional vote
A masked man broke into the home of Ella Pamfilova, the head of Russia’s Central Election Commission, on Friday morning and repeatedly tried to taser her two days before an election that has triggered street protests, the Interior Ministry said.
