Officials are investigating 11 suspicious deaths at a VA hospital. Two have been ruled homicides.
The deaths have the potential to become a significant challenge for Department of Veterans Affairs Secretary Robert Wilkie, who was just confirmed in July. “People at VA have been what looks like the victim of a crime,” he said.
