Front porch post stops suspect trying to run from Bladen deputies
ELIZABETHTOWN — A post on the porch of an Elizabethtown residence helped deputies take into a custody a man who was trying to run from them Wednesday, the Bladen County Sheriff’s Office said.Randolph Eugene Miller, 39, of the 600 block of Blanche Street in Elizabethtown, was arrested on multiple drug offenses and assaulting an officer in the fracas that started about 9 a.m., Maj.
