Walk to End Alzheimers: Registration is open for the 2019 Walk to End Alzheimer’s, which is scheduled for Sept. 7 at Festival Park, 335 Ray Ave. Check-in begins at 8:30 a.m., and the opening ceremony starts at 9:30 a.m. Participants will complete a 2-mile walk and learn about Alzheimer’s disease, advocacy opportunities, clinical studies enrollment, and support programs and services from the Alzheimer’s Association.
