Primary ballot in N.J. is ‘unconstitutional,’ state attorney general says
New Jersey’s unique primary ballot design is “unconstitutional,” said the state attorney general’s office. It also said it would not defend the state in a lawsuit brought by a Democratic congressman to change the design.
