Northwestern tops BC, wins women's lacrosse title
The Northwestern Wildcats, the top seed in this year’s NCAA women’s lacrosse tournament, secured their first title in 11 years on Sunday afternoon with a dominating 18-6 victory over the third-seeded Boston College Eagles in Cary, North Carolina.
