Colorado St. sorry for 'Russia' chant at Ukrainian

Utah State guard Max Shulga, who is from Kyiv, Ukraine, went to the free throw line late in Saturday’s game against Colorado State, and “Russia” chants could be heard from the Rams’ student section.
