Biden to award Medal of Honor to Black Vietnam War vet who’s waited decades
President Biden called Ret. U.S. Army Col. Paris Davis, who was nominated in 1965 for the Medal of Honor, to inform him that he will receive the award for his remarkable heroism during the Vietnam War.
