Source: Saints QB Hill to play through hurt finger
Saints QB Taysom Hill will play through a finger injury suffered in Thursday night’s loss, a source told ESPN’s Adam Schefter. Hill’s mallet finger injury is not viewed to be as severe as Russell Wilson’s that required surgery.
