Kiffin touts watching No. 1 QB via new NCAA rule
As the NCAA attempts to modernize its recruiting rules, including allowing coaches to mention high school teams publicly, Ole Miss’ Lane Kiffin tweeted that he will attend an Isidore Newman football game to watch top quarterback prospect Arch Manning.
