Video shows police using stun gun on Pels' Hayes
Body camera video showed a Los Angeles police officer press a knee to the neck of Jaxson Hayes’ neck as he gasped “I can’t breathe.” The knee was removed after a few seconds but the Pelicans center was then tased.
