Cuomo harassment report leads to escalating fallout at Time’s Up and Human Rights Campaign
Roberta Kaplan, the chairwoman of Time’s Up, resigned Monday, and the Human Rights Campaign launched an internal investigation of the group’s president, Alphonso David. Cuomo aides had consulted with both about an effort to discredit one of his accusers, according to a report by the New York attorney general.
