Sources: Pistons to take Cunningham at No. 1

The Detroit Pistons have landed on a decision to select Oklahoma State’s Cade Cunningham with the No. 1 pick in Thursday night’s NBA draft (8 p.m. ET on ESPN), sources told ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski.
