Paperwork snafu keeps tennis tandem from Tokyo
Doubles players Oksana Kalashnikova and Ekaterine Gorgodze were barred from the Tokyo Olympics after officials in their home country of Georgia told them they were entered for the Games but never actually sent the paperwork.
