Bucks rule out Giannis for Game 5 vs. Hawks

Bucks star Giannis Antetokounmpo, who suffered a hyperextended left knee in Game 4 on Tuesday, has been ruled out of Thursday’s Game 5 of the Eastern Conference finals against the Hawks.
