Ovechkin among 4 out; Caps hit with COVID fine
Alex Ovechkin, Evgeny Kuznetsov, Dmitry Orlov and Ilya Samsonov were all added to the NHL’s COVID Protocol Related Absences list, and the team was fined $100K for “social interactions” among team members who were in close contact and not wearing masks.
