Democrats want to fine colleagues $1,000 a day if they refuse to wear a mask on Capitol grounds
The proposed fine comes after three Democratic lawmakers revealed they tested positive after sheltering with other lawmakers, including some who refused to wear masks, during last week’s Capitol lockdown.
