Federal judge temporarily blocks Postal Service from sending election mailer to more voters in Colorado
Judge William J. Martinez wrote that the mailer “provides false or misleading information about the manner of Colorado’s elections” and “likely interferes with Colorado citizens’ fundamental right to vote.”
