Terps' Locksley creates minority coaches coalition
A non-profit organization created by Maryland’s Mike Locksley will generate a list of candidates that will be vetted by a board of directors that includes the likes of Ravens GM Ozzie Newsome, Steelers coach Mike Tomlin and Alabama coach Nick Saban.
