ELIZABETHTOWN — The political operative at the center of an absentee ballot fraud investigation has filed for reelection to an elected position in Bladen County.Leslie McCrae Dowless Jr. is running again for a seat on the Bladen Soil and Water Conservation District Board of Supervisors.
