Vandals have painted white lines on top of slogans around the Market House recognizing the movement for racial equality.A police officer parked across the street from the Market House on Monday morning said the vandalism happened some time Sunday night.One or more people painted white lines around the circle on top of the slogans “Black Lives Do Matter” and “End Racism Now” slogans.
