Police: Fayetteville man who shot intruder on Cain Road is arrested
A man who shot and killed a man after he tried to break into a Fayetteville apartment early Monday has been charged with voluntary manslaughter, police said.Justin Hepburn, 30, of the 1000 block of Cain Road, was charged in the shooting.
