Manfred says Marlins outbreak can be managed
MLB commissioner Rob Manfred, saying the Marlins’ coronavirus outbreak in which 11 players and two coaches tested postive wasn’t a “nightmare” scenario for the league, remains confident the health protocols put in place are working.
