Spring Lake man charged in theft of Fayetteville police cruiser
The Fayetteville Police Department has identified the man accused of stealing a police cruiser on Sunday and crashing it in a ditch in Sampson County.Ichaan Kishun, 31, of the 24900 block of Brinkley Drive in Spring Lake, has been charged with common law robbery, assault on a law enforcement officer causing physical injury, fleeing to elude arrest, assault on emergency medical personnel, and felony hit and run, the department said in a news release.
