Harnett County man wins $200,000 prize in lottery game
The final top prize in the James Bond 007 scratch-off lottery game produced more than double zeros for a Harnett County man, according to the North Carolina Education Lottery.Mario Velazquez of Angier purchased the $5 ticket from the T-Mart store on North Raleigh street in Angier.
