Germany's Merkel urges U.N.-backed Libya talks in phone call with Egypt's Sisi
Chancellor Angela Merkel discussed the situation in conflict-wracked Libya with Egyptian President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi, the German governemnt said in a statement on Monday.
