Fayetteville men charged with looting after Saturday protest
Fayetteville police have arrested two men in connection to looting Saturday night at the J.C. Penney store at Cross Creek Mall, according to police reports.Police charged Demaggio Alex Lawler, 22, of the 400 block of Simmons Street, with breaking and entering.
