Fayetteville homeless day center poised to kick off
A consultant in the coming weeks will identify a possible site for the center that Cumberland County officials have balked at supporting, meaning Fayetteville could be on its own or have to partner with a nonprofit organization to get the project off the ground and pay ongoing operational costs.
