Fayetteville council members include themselves in bonus pay plan
The Fayetteville City Council added its own members for a $1,700 one-time bonus for city employees in the coming fiscal year in a final budget approved Monday night.City employees and City Council members will get the bonus in their paychecks.The budget includes increases in pay for police officers, 911 dispatchers and firefighters to make their wages more competitive with departments in other cities.The city has been losing police officers and good candidate […]
