3rd ESC says goodbye to outgoing commander, welcomes another back to Fort Bragg
The 3rd Expeditionary Sustainment Command said goodbye to one leader and welcomed another during a command change ceremony held Tuesday at Fort Bragg.Outgoing commander Brig. Gen. James M.
