India says troops in brief border skirmish with Chinese soldiers
Indian and Chinese troops on border patrols skirmished briefly in the northeastern state of Sikkim neighbouring China, the south Asian nation’s defence ministry said on Sunday, blaming “aggressive behaviour on both sides”.
