Fayetteville restaurants to open at half capacity with many unknowns
For weeks, employees have been training for the reopening of Luigi’s Italian Chophouse and Bar.That preparation will be put to use on Friday night, when that restaurant among others in the state can open at 50% capacity due to an order from Gov.
