Cumberland Matters: Library book drops reopen Monday
Book drops at Cumberland County Public Libraries will reopen Monday afternoon as library staff begin preparing for the eventual and safe reopening of library facilities. Library locations remain closed to the public, and a reopening date has not been announced.
