Fayetteville police file charges in 1990 cold case
The Fayetteville Police Department has charged two men in a 1990 cold case rape investigation.Jack Blackwell Sr., 59, of Fayetteville, and Bruce Wayne Miller, 56, of Spring Lake, are charged with first-degree rape and common law robbery, the Police Department said in a news release Friday.The initial investigation in 1990 went unsolved; however, the sexual assault kit from the case was recently tested using money from the Bureau of Justice Assistance’s National […]
