Fayetteville should rescind its nighttime curfew because it’s not accomplishing anything in terms of protecting residents from the coronavirus, City Councilman Johnny Dawkins said Friday.Dawkins said Mayor Mitch Colvin’s declaration to impose a nighttime curfew for the month of April is simply not needed.
