Phone service has been restored throughout the Cape Fear Valley Health system, according to the health system’s Facebook page.Earlier this afternoon, Cape Fear Valley experienced a system-wide phone outage.No other details were available late Monday afternoon.Public relations members of the health system could not be reached for additional comment.
