Silver Alert issued for missing Lumberton teenager
LUMBERTON — A Silver Alert has been issued for a Lumberton teenager believed to be suffering from dementia or another cognitive impairment, according to the N.C. Center for Missing Persons.The public is asked to be on the lookout for Samaura Davonnia Riggins, 17.
