Philippine president to impose new quarantine measures across Luzon
Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte will impose “enhanced community quarantine” across the country’s entire main island of Luzon, his spokesman said on Monday, adding to existing measures aimed at containing the spread of coronavirus.
