City Council meeting restrictions: Today’s City Council meeting will be limited to public hearing participants only out of concern for the possible effects of COVID-19, city officials said in a release. The meeting, scheduled for 7 p.m., will be limited to staff and participants who have signed up to speak at the public hearings. The public forum portion has been canceled.
