Inmates charged with using stamps to smuggle drugs at Bladen County Detention Center
ELIZABETHTOWN — The Bladen County Sheriff’s Office intercepted drugs being smuggled through the mail into the detention center and made four arrests, according to a news release issued Monday.From Feb. 28 to March 4, deputies observed opioids being smuggled to four inmates, according to the release.
