Fayetteville spa accused of giving Botox, removing tattoos without proper license
A Fort Bragg Road nail salon and spa is accused of giving Botox injections and removing tattoos without a license, according to the Fayettville Police Department.Police are asking anyone who had Botox and Kybella services at Claudia’s Nails & Spa, in the 2000 block of Fort Bragg Road, to contact the department.The owner of the salon was performing medical procedures such as tattoo removal and permanent makeup procedures without a proper license, according to a […]
