Cruise ship carrying more than 200 Americans is turned away from Spanish port after former passengers were diagnosed with coronavirus
Three passengers who disembarked the Costa Luminosa since Feb. 29 later tested positive for covid-19. The ship was not allowed to disembark in the Canary Islands and is headed to France.
